End of the year Resolutions!

Why WAIT to start something new. With 2018 coming to an end and we start looking forward to a New Year that only means one thing. . . you begin to start thinking about your New Year’s resolution(s). But I want to encourage you, instead of waiting until 2019, do it now. Start something new now, chase that dream or goal today. Do not wait! One thing I am always working on is my running, fitness and eating patterns. I am always looking to grow stronger, eat healthier, and run farther. So on October 1st, my husband came up with the brilliant idea that we should start the last 90 days with a 5 day cleanse. If you have never done a cleanse, do one! I have done some hard things but this was HARD! And at the same time it was amazing! So amazing that after the 5 days I knew I was ready to do it again, so this morning I will do another 5 days then incorporate Whole 30 back in! And this is what our fridge looked like. . .

I will say this was Hard but worth it and we survived to tell about it!! We have 71 days left in the year, what are you going to do? Can you push yourself to do something that maybe is hard, put some dreams into action, maybe something you want to change about yourself or situation you are in, maybe a job change, maybe starting a new business, maybe its getting involved at church or with a community. Whatever it might be, do not wait until 2019. Do it NOW!!!
And just remember if you want something bad enough you have to go after it. Do not look at others and say you wish you had that or their grass is greener. GUESS WHAT?? Your grass can be just as green if you water it! So get out there and water it and work at it and watch it grow! I will be cheering you on! And if you want please let me know what you are working towards. . . mine is getting myself ready for a 8k and 1/2 marathon all before the end of the year. Which means, lots of running, meal prep and changes in my eating patterns. Stay tuned for all that on the next blog!
And a few “books” you need to get your hands on:
And I have another coming for ya but you have to hold on tight for that one! But go enjoy these!
And a new favorite product of mine, I put it to the test yesterday and it was AMAZING!! I am going to have a Norwex party in November so if you have any questions on the products please let me know and I would love for you to join me. The party will be online!!
